Answers to the most common questions we get.
Completely free and there is no hard sell. We talk through the room, show you the ranges and send a written quote. Most of our customers are comparing two or three kitchen companies and we are happy to be one of them.
Every kitchen is bespoke, so there is no price list. What we can tell you is that everything is quoted in writing and itemised before you commit, and the figure you approve is the figure you pay. Quoting usually takes a day or two after we have measured up.
We do the lot. Design, technical drawings, building works, procurement, installation and snagging, with the same team through all of it. We do not take fit-only work, because we cannot stand behind cabinetry somebody else supplied.
Normal lead time is around eight to ten weeks from order to fitting, because everything is made to order. We give you the dates in writing once the design is signed off, rather than a guess on the phone.
Five years on the cabinetry and twelve months on the installation, both in writing. Appliances are covered separately by the manufacturer, and the length varies by brand.
Yes, and we would rather you did. The Crescent Road showroom has full working kitchens in it, so you can open the drawers and see the finishes properly instead of choosing from a sample the size of a postcard.
